• The menus are calculated for a minimum of 20 people. Children under the age of 10 pay half price. Below 2 years are free of charge. It is not possible to arrange parties for less than 20 people.
• Our lunch arrangements starts at midday and are expected to end at latest 4.30 pm.
• For confirmations you can either choose to make it a lunch arrangement or evening party. Lunch and afternoon arrangements are expected to end latest at 7 pm. Any additional hours costs DKK 1000 pr. hour.
• Evening parties starts with a welcome drink at 6 pm. After the welcome drink the dinner will be served, and is expected to end at 11 pm where the restaurant needs to be left. After the dinner it is possible to use our discotheque with a bar, dance floor, and a pool table.
• Welcome drink, red and white wine of the house as well as soft drinks ad libitum is included in the price pr. person for the dinner.
• The price on the above mentioned further includes the room, laying the table, table cloths and napkins (colours are chosen as desired), candle lights, flowers as well as service and 25 % VAT.
• Around one month before the party a preparation meeting will be held to plan all the details like the menu, seating plan etc.
• The staff of the center will operate the discotheque. It is possible to buy bottled beer, draught beer, soft drinks, wine and a selection of drinks and shots. The discotheque is open until 1 am. If you wish to extend it costs DKK 1000 pr. started hour until 2 am, and after 2 am it costs DKK 2000 pr. started hour. The discotheque will however close latest at 3 am.
• In order to ensure the date as well as timing of your party you will have to make a prepayment of DKK 2500,- when making the booking. The amount will of course be deducted when making the final payment.
• All cancellations and changes in the primary reservation has to be done in writing and in time in accordance with the time limits set for the respective arrangement.
• The payment can be done at Danhostel Hillerød with either cash or credit card.Please note that there is a bank fee on foreign credit cards.

• You need to inform about the final number of guests no later than 48 hours before the arrangement. This is the number of people to be paid for.
• The common rules for cancellations of the Hotel and Restaurant business are applied. These are presented in brief on our confirmations.
